Mr. Shahan began his water treatment career in 1989. His experiences with membrane separation and ion exchange technologies began with wastewater recovery in the gas and oil fields of Colorado, New Mexico and Wyoming. Later, other industrial applications and locations demanded expertise in high purity and ultra pure water production. Through the years Mr. Shahan has studied, designed, built, installed and operated many types of water treatment equipment and water treatment plants. Through innovative research he has developed unique approaches to assess 'best way' solutions and procedures for membrane cleaning. For many years Mr. Shahan has been highly successful as troubleshooter and consultant to water treatment and production plants throughout the US and foreign countries. As a trainer, Mr. Shahan has successfully delivered the theory and practicum of high purity water production to hundreds of national and international audiences in a very understandable and useful manner while sharing his years of "real world" experience. Mr. Shahan is Training Manager for the Company for Educational Advancement. He holds a degree of Bachelor of Science received of Tarleton University, Texas, USA.
